Should You Start Gacha Games? No. Next Question.

You downloaded it “just to try it.”

That was your first mistake.

At first, everything feels harmless. The game gives you free pulls. The characters are cute. The login rewards are shiny. You tell yourself you are going to stay free-to-play because you are responsible, disciplined, and definitely not emotionally attached to a fictional character with limited banner availability.

And then the banner appears.

It Starts Innocently

Nobody thinks they are going to become a gacha person.

It starts with one download. One tutorial. One free ten-pull.

You get a decent character and suddenly your brain goes:

“Okay wait, maybe I’m lucky.”

You are not lucky. You are being welcomed into the trap with sparkles.

The Spiral

Soon, you are doing daily missions like they are government paperwork.

You know when the banner resets. You know what pity means. You understand drop rates better than you understand your own sleep schedule.

You tell yourself:

“It’s only $3.99.”

Then:

“It’s only the monthly pass.”

Then:

“This character is basically required for my team.”

No they are not.

You just like their outfit.

The Delusion Phase

This is where logic leaves.

You start saying things like:

“I’m due for a five-star.”

“The rates feel better today.”

“I can feel it.”

“This pull is different.”

It is not different.

It is math wearing anime hair.

Final Verdict

Should you start gacha games?

No.

Absolutely not.

Protect your wallet. Protect your peace. Protect your sleep schedule.

Anyway, see you at the next banner.
