Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fanime. Please review our refund and return policy below:
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@fanime.ca.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@fanime.ca with a photo of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Please note that while we offer free shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
