At Fanime.ca, we work with international fulfillment partners to deliver your order directly to you. Because of this, delivery times and shipping procedures may vary depending on the destination.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
    • International fulfillment locations
    • Customs processing
    • Carrier delays
  • While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We currently offer free shipping worldwide.
  • Shipping costs are included in the product price.
  • Additional fees, such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds once the order has been processed or fulfilled.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. In some cases, especially for international orders, tracking may be limited or unavailable.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments once shipped.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact support@fanime.ca with your order number.

We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local customs authority.

These charges are not refundable.
