At Fanime.ca, we work with international fulfillment partners to deliver your order directly to you. Because of this, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair to customers while reflecting how our fulfillment process works.
We offer refunds or replacements for eligible issues reported within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns for most items.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before attempting to return anything. Items sent back without authorization may not be received or processed.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit
- Your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window
In these cases, we may request:
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Your order number or proof of purchase
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate at our discretion.
We’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns are not accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size or style selection
- Minor variations in color or appearance
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Orders reported outside the 30-day window
Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds once the order has been processed or fulfilled.
Sale or discounted items are final and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refund processing times vary by payment provider
- It may take several business days for funds to appear in your account
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and does not guarantee a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or card statement again
- Contact your payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is defective or incorrect, we may issue a replacement or refund instead.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to international fulfillment, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local customs authority. These fees are not refundable.
